Aftersales Manager

Salary: OTE £75k +

Van Mossel Jacksons are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our busy team in Jersey, Channel Islands to look after our Luxury & Performance division with brands including JLR, Aston Martin, Volvo, Porsche and Bentley. This Aftersales Manager position comes with market leading benefits, including relocation incentive and a realistic OTE of £75k+.

Roles and Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager includes but not limited to:

• Lead and manage the Aftersales Team of our Luxury and Performance division.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
• Monitor team performance, maintain and improve retention and engagement
• Monitors staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the Service team

Experience required for the Aftersales Manager position:

• Experience as an Aftersales Manager ideally with prestige brands background within the motor trade
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
• A strong ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Must be open to relocate to Jersey, Channel Islands
